Many of my first visitors will be people who I've met on my journey to sobriety over the past several months. I am grateful to each of you for the role you've played in my recovery and for encouraging me to share my interests. I really hope you enjoy my musings here and that you also use this forum to stay connected to me and to each other. The support of others is essential in our growth.

To all visitors, I invite you to absorb some of my positive vibes, amplify them out into the world around you and share the results! I'm a big believer in the law of attraction: when you focus on the positive and send good energy out into the universe, you will receive that back tenfold. It's easy to fall into a negative rut - and trust me, not all of my reflections here will be 100% bright side - but I've learned that, by focusing on the things for which we are grateful, we crowd those negatives thoughts out of our minds and our lives. And we can then help others by being an example of that positivity.
